Summary:In order that the thrust movement of the switch blade (21) turns out to be long at the end of the switching-on process and allows deep engagement of the switch blade end (22) in the stationary contact (4) of the switch (1), an articulated quadrilateral lever transmission (20) is provided on the frame (2) as a drive, which transmission has rocking levers (230, 240) of different lengths. The longer rocker lever (230) is designed bent such that, in the off position, it engages around the frame joint (24) of the shorter rocking lever (240) without crossing over. Theoretically, the levers thus intersect between the frame joint (23) and the coupling joint (231) of the longer rocking lever (230), on the one hand, and the frame joint (24) and the coupling joint (241) of the shorter rocking lever (240) on the other hand. The rocking levers (230 and 240) do not actually intersect, however. This makes a particularly simple configuration of the drive possible.
