Summary:A gas pressure regulator in particular for the feed pipe of a gas burner of a combustion installation, comprises a control member 27 adapted to displace a valve disc 35 dependently upon the variation of the pressure in the valve outlet 3. The disc 35 is constructed in the form of a spherical segment and is pivotally mounted about an axis which is offset relative to the axis of the valve seat. The outlet pressure acts via a passage 36 on one side of a diaphragm 14, 15 to which the control member 27 is attached.
