Summary: | The static converter for 50-16 2/3 Hz, avoiding pulsations in the real power on the 50 Hz side, consists of two direct converters, which are connected in parallel on the three-phase side and whose 16 2/3 Hz outputs are supplied via an inductance, or via a series circuit of a capacitance and an inductance, to an input transformer (T). These impedances (XL, XLC) are selected to be of identical magnitude; the amplitudes of the two converter output voltages are of identical magnitude and their phase angles are selected to be equal but negative with respect to the operating mains voltage vector. The two impedances are selected such that, in magnitude terms, their voltage drop is equal to the converter output voltage. Finally, the phase angles of the currents and voltages are selected in accordance with the relationships |
