Summary:The tulip-contact arrangement is provided with an integral contact tulip (1) which is essentially hollow and cylindrical and is slit a plurality of times from one end to form fingers (6). A solid stop (2) is plugged into the interior of the same, at its unslit end. The contact tulip is pressed into a holder (3) whose internal cross-section tapers at a point (50) which is located in the vicinity of the roots of the fingers, in order to bend the fingers so far inwards, towards one another, that the radius (S/2) of the unobstructed passage between the contact surfaces (5), which are located internally at the finger tips, is less than their laterally directed radius of curvature (K/2).
