Summary: | Reaction products of polyisocyanates and organic compounds with reactive H atoms (e.g. polyether- and polyester-isocyanates) and ethylene imines, characterised by the reaction product which contains at least 2 NCO groups being reacted with an approx. equivalent quantity, based on the NCO groups, of an N-substituted ethylene imines, the N-substituent containing H reactive to NCO groups. The reaction product is then subjected to cross-linking. Ease of control of the cross-linking reaction. Products of low viscosity can be obtained. Properties can be controlled by choice of reactants. Good colours are obtainable. |
