Verfahren zur Herstellung von thermoplastisch-elastischen Formmassen
Thermoplastic moulding compositions are made from (1) 5-55.5% by weight of a butadiene polymer in latex form which has an average latex partice dameter d50 of 0.3-0.6 m and a particle size distribution (D d10- 90) of more than 0.3 m , and (2) 95-45.5% by weight of a mixture of (A) styrene, alpha-met...

Summary: | Thermoplastic moulding compositions are made from (1) 5-55.5% by weight of a butadiene polymer in latex form which has an average latex partice dameter d50 of 0.3-0.6 m and a particle size distribution (D d10- 90) of more than 0.3 m , and (2) 95-45.5% by weight of a mixture of (A) styrene, alpha-methyl-styrene or methyl methacrylate or a mixture thereof and (B) acrylonitrile in a weight ratio of 90:10 to 50:50, by emulsion polymerizing at least 80 parts by weight of the mixture of A and B per 100 parts of butadiene polymer in the polymer latex and adding any remaining portion of A and B in copolymerized form. Butadiene polymers specified are homopolymers and copolymers with styrene, acrylonitrile and isoprene. Polymerization may be activated by the use of an organic or inorganic peroxide, an azo compound or a redox system. |
