A porous ceramic heater includes a porous ceramic prepared by mixing a silicate, a binder, and a pore-forming agent to form a slurry and then performing molding, drying, and sintering thereon and a resistance heating element coupled to the porous ceramic, generating heat when current is applied to heat the porous ceramic, wherein liquid supported on the porous ceramic is vaporized by heat of the resistance heating element.
