La présente invention concerne une oléorésine non GMO exempte de solvant obtenue à partir de Blakeslea trispora, comprenant du phytoène à une concentration de 10 à 40 % (p/p). De plus, l'invention concerne des compositions et des formes posologiques topiques et orales contenant ladite oléorésine. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation desdites compositions et formes posologiques pour le traitement et la prévention de diverses affections cutanées et pour améliorer la qualité de la peau.
