Summary:The present invention relates to a ferritin protein having a cancer-targeting peptide and a peptide cleavable in cancer cells, each fused to the outer surface thereof. Designed to release a cancer-specific anticancer agent in cancer cells, the ferritin protein allows for target therapy, thus exhibiting excellent anticancer efficacy and effectively reducing toxicity against normal cells, with the resultant minimization of adverse effects of anticancer therapy. La présente invention concerne une protéine de ferritine comprenant un peptide ciblant le cancer et un peptide clivable dans des cellules cancéreuses, chacun fusionné à sa surface externe. La protéine de ferritine, qui est conçue pour libérer un agent anticancéreux spécifique du cancer dans des cellules cancéreuses, permet une thérapie ciblée, présentant ainsi une excellente efficacité anticancéreuse et réduisant de manière efficace la toxicité vis-à-vis des cellules normales, avec une réduction au minimum des effets secondaires résultants d'une thérapie anticancéreuse.
