La présente invention concerne une nouvelle classe de composés à base d'oligopeptides alkylés présentant des modifications de tête et de queue distinctes au niveau de leurs extrémités. Les composés sont utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de protéases virales, en particulier de protéases de flavivirus, et peuvent donc être utilisés pour le traitement d'infections virales.
