The present invention provides a use of a compound represented by formula (I) and a solvate, hydrate, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating or preventing chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis. Clinical research proves that the compound may effectively reverse liver fibrosis, and in particular has a better effect on treating fibrosis in a portal region, significant fibrosis, liver fibrosis in a progressive stage or liver cirrhosis. La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un composé représenté par la formule (I) et d'un solvate, d'un hydrate, d'un promédicament ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci dans la préparation d'un médicament pour le traitement ou la prévention de l'hépatite B chronique avec fibrose hépatique. La recherche clinique prouve que le composé peut inverser efficacement la fibrose hépatique, et a notamment un meilleur effet sur le traitement d'une fibrose dans une région portale, d'une fibrose significative, d'une fibrose hépatique à un stade progressif ou d'une cirrhose du foie.
