The present inventors further found an oligopeptide compound and a non-natural amino acid that are useful for producing the cyclic compound. The present inventors furthermore found that the cyclic compound and the oligopeptide compound interact with a KRAS-specific amino acid residue. Les présents inventeurs ont découvert un composé cyclique et un composé oligopeptidique qui inhibent sélectivement le KRAS.
