The fracturing fluid includes a carrier fluid, as well as proppant particulates composed of delayed coke material. The method includes introducing the fracturing fluid into a subterranean formation and (optionally) depositing at least a portion of the proppant particulates within one or more fractures in the subterranean formation. L'invention concerne un fluide de fracturation comprenant des particules d'agent de soutènement formées à partir de coke à cokéfaction retardée, ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation d'un tel fluide de fracturation. Ce fluide de fracturation comprend un fluide porteur, ainsi que des particules d'agent de soutènement composées d'un matériau de coke à cokéfaction retardée. Le procédé consiste à introduire du fluide de fracturation dans une formation souterraine et (éventuellement) à déposer au moins une partie des particules d'agent de soutènement dans une ou plusieurs fractures de la formation souterraine.
