The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a triblock copolymer having the formula: PLAv-PEGw-PLAx wherein v and x are the number of repeat units ranging from 1 to 3,000 and w is the number of repeat units ranging from 3 to 300 and v=x or v?x in an amount of 22 to 34 w/w % of the total composition; (b) a diblock copolymer having the formula: mPEGy-PLAz wherein y and z are the number of repeat units with y ranging from 2 to 250 and z ranging from 1 to 3,000 in an amount of 5 to 9 w/w% of the total composition; (c) tacrolimus or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof in an amount of 8 to 32 w/w % of the total composition; and (d) organic solvent in an amount of 30 to 62 w/w % of the total composition. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant (a) un copolymère tribloc ayant la formule : PLAv-PEGw-PLAx dans laquelle v et x sont le nombre d'unités de répétition allant de 1 à 3000 et w est le nombre d'unités de répétition allant de 3 à 300 et v=x ou v?x à hauteur de 22 à 34 % p/p de la composition totale ; (b) un copolymère dibloc ayant la formule : mPEGy-PLAz dans laquelle y et z sont le nombre d'unités de répétition avec y allant de 2 à 250 et z allant de 1 à 3000 à hauteur de 5 à 9 % p/p de la composition totale ; (c) du tacrolimus ou un sel, hydrate ou solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci à hauteur de 8 à 32 % p/p de la composition totale ; et (d) un solvant organique à hauteur de 30 à 62 % p/p de la composition totale.
