Summary:The present invention refers to mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) characterized in that they are transduced with an integrative expression vector in order to stably co-express the chemokine receptor type 4 CXCR4 and the interleukin IL-10. The present invention also refers to the use of said MSCs as a medicament, particularly in the treatment of inflammatory and/or autoimmune diseases. La présente invention concerne des cellules souches mésenchymateuses (MSC) caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont transduites avec un vecteur d'expression intégratif afin de coexprimer de manière stable le récepteur de chimiokine de type 4 CXCR4 et l'interleukine IL-10. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation desdites MSC en tant que médicament, notamment dans le traitement de maladies inflammatoires et/ou auto-immunes.
