Dispositif servant à appliquer une composition adhésive sur un tissu biologique et/ou un matériau prothétique, le dispositif comprenant un corps souple (2), le corps ayant une surface supérieure (14) comprenant un premier épaulement (32) définissant un premier évidement, le corps étant conçu pour être replié sur lui-même dans une position pliée dans laquelle le corps définit un canal et dans laquelle ledit premier évidement forme un espace annulaire entre la surface supérieure (14) et le tissu biologique et/ou le matériau prothétique lorsque le tissu biologique et/ou le matériau prothétique est positionné dans le canal.
