La présente invention concerne un système biologique de génération et de conservation d'un centre de stockage de cellules, tissus, et organes transplantables humanisés, personnalisés, pour la transplantation, le système biologique étant biologiquement et métaboliquement actif (vivant), le système biologique comprenant des protéines, cellules, tissus, et/ou organes génétiquement reprogrammés dans un animal donneur non humain pour la transplantation chez un receveur humain, l'animal donneur non humain étant un donneur porcin génétiquement reprogrammé pour la xénotransplantation des cellules, tissu, et/ou d'un organe isolé du donneur porcin génétiquement reprogrammé.
