[Problem] To provide an external preparation that contains rapamycin, has high stability and is efficacious in treating skin diseases. [Solution] An external preparation that contains (a) rapamycin, (b) at least one member selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol salicylate, diethyl sebacate and triacetin, and (c) propylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol, an external preparation that further contains an antioxidant, and an external preparation that further contains a solution of an antioxidant in a lipophilic solvent. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une préparation externe qui contient de la rapamycine, présente une stabilité élevée et est efficace dans le traitement des maladies cutanées. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une préparation externe qui contient (a) de la rapamycine, (b) au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe constitué du salicylate d'éthylène glycol, du sébaçate de diéthyle et de la triacétine, et (c) du propylène glycol et/ou du polyéthylène glycol, une préparation externe qui contient en outre un antioxydant, et une préparation externe qui contient en outre une solution d'un antioxydant dans un solvant lipophile.
