The present invention relates to a novel nicotinamide compound, a method for preparing same, and a herbicide including the compound. The compound of the present invention has high safety for wheat or corn and excellent herbicidal activity against flower-family weeds, sedge-family weeds, or broadleaf weeds, and thus is useful as a herbicide for post-emergence or pre-emergence treatment of weeds. L'invention concerne un nouveau composé nicotinamide, un procédé pour sa préparation et un herbicide le comprenant. Le composé selon la présente invention a une sécurité élevée pour le blé ou le maïs et une excellente activité herbicide contre les mauvaises herbes de la famille des fleurs, des mauvaises herbes de la famille des plantes, ou des mauvaises herbes à larges feuilles, et est par conséquent utile en tant qu'herbicide pour le traitement de post-émergence ou de pré-émergence de mauvaises herbes.
