Summary: | A portable communication device provides improved converged operations through the use of a programmable logic array operating as a coexistence module (CEM) interoperating with different processors, different modems, and an attenuation switch. Interference during converged operation is detected, analyzed, and applicable mitigation is applied, thereby enabling converged communications to be established in a mitigated mode until the interference has been removed.
