The present invention relates to a composition in the form of a thermoformed extrudate comprising at least one triterpene and/or at least one triterpenoid and/or at least one of the glycosylated forms thereof and at least one polymer chosen from the group consisting of natural or synthetic proteins, natural or synthetic oligosaccharides, natural or synthetic polysaccharides, derivatives thereof and mixtures thereof, said at least one triterpene and/or said at least one triterpenoid and/or said at least one of the glycosylated forms thereof comprising at least one amorphous first phase and optionally one crystalline second phase. The present invention also relates to the process for manufacturing such a composition by thermoforming and to the use of such a composition. La présente invention porte sur une composition sous forme d'un extrudat thermoformé comprenant au moins un triterpène et/ou au moins un triterpénoïde et/ou au moins une de leurs formes glycosylées et au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué des protéines naturelles ou synthétiques, des oligosaccharides naturels ou synthétiques, des polysaccharides naturels ou synthétiques, de leurs dérivés et de leurs mélanges, ledit au moins un triterpène et/ou ledit au moins un triterpénoïde et/ou ladite au moins une de leurs formes glycosylées comprenant au moins une première phase amorphe et éventuellement une deuxième phase cristalline. La présente invention porte également sur le procédé de fabrication par thermoformage d'une telle composition et sur son utilisation.
