The present invention relates to the Lactobacillus paracasei strain deposited at the CNCM under reference number CNCM I-5369 The present invention also relates to a mixture of the peptides having the following sequences: (SEQ ID NO 1), (SEQ ID NO 2), (SEQ ID NO 3), (SEQ ID NO 4) and (SEQ ID NO 5) and to one of the above-mentioned peptides in combination with at least one component chosen among: - essential oils and particularly among essential oil of mint, essential oil of thyme, essential oil of pine tree, menthol, thymol, pinene, - vitamin C, formic acid, propionic acid, citric acid, sorbic acid and lactic acid and/or - a nanoparticle which may be loaded with said active ingredients. La présente invention concerne la souche de Lactobacillus paracasei déposée à la CNCM, sous le numéro de dépot CNCM I -5369. La présente invention concerne également un mélange des peptides ayant les séquences suivantes : (SEQ ID NO. 1), (SEQ ID NO. 2), (SEQ ID NO. 3), (SEQ ID NO. 4) et (SEQ ID NO. 5) et l'un des peptides mentionnés ci-dessus en combinaison avec au moins un composant choisi parmi : les huiles essentielles et en particulier parmi l'huile essentielle de menthe, l'huile essentielle de thym, l'huile essentielle d'arbre de pin, le menthol, le thymol, le pinène; la vitamine C, l'acide formique, l'acide propionique, l'acide citrique, l'acide sorbique et l'acide lactique; et/ou une nanoparticule pouvant être chargée avec lesdits ingrédients actifs.
