Le procédé comprend la mise en contact d'une population de cellules qui comprend des pré-oligodendrocytes humains avec un inhibiteur de la voie MAPK/ERK dans des conditions qui permettent aux pré-oligodendrocytes de se différencier en oligodendrocytes matures. L'Invention concerne également l'utilisation de l'inhibiteur de la voie MAPK/ERK pour traiter des maladies.
