The present invention relates to a device comprising: - a support (4) comprising a support base (10) defining - a spherical base contact surface (18), extending along a virtual sphere (S) and - a circular rim (20) extending in a rim plane (P20); - a first and a second needle (8a;8b) mobile on the support between extracted and inserted positions in which the first and second needles are outside and maximally inserted in said virtual sphere, respectively, via first and second intermediate piercing positions in which, respectively, the first and second needles extend along first and second insertion axis (?8a;?8b) and their tips are located on first and second insertion points (M8a;M8b) belonging respectively to first and second hemispheres of the virtual sphere separated by a "median radial plane of the rim", an angle (?) between the median radial plane and any insertion axis being between 70° and 110°. La présente invention concerne un dispositif comprenant : un support (4) comprenant une base de support (10) délimitant une surface de contact de base sphérique (18), s'étendant le long d'une sphère virtuelle (S) et un rebord circulaire (20) s'étendant dans un plan de rebord (P20); une première et une seconde aiguille (8a;8b) mobiles sur le support entre des positions extraites et insérées dans lesquelles les première et seconde aiguilles se trouvent à l'extérieur et insérées au maximum dans ladite sphère virtuelle, respectivement, par l'intermédiaire de première et seconde positions de perçage intermédiaires dans lesquelles, respectivement, les première et seconde aiguilles s'étendent le long d'un premier et d'un second axe d'insertion (?8a; ?8b) et leurs pointes sont situées sur des premier et second points d'insertion (M8a; M8b) appartenant respectivement à des premier et second hémisphères de la sphère virtuelle séparées par un « plan radial médian du rebord », un angle (?) entre le plan radial médian et tout axe d'insertion étant compris entre 70° et 110°.
