Summary:The present invention relates to a method for modifying the glycosylation profile of a recombinant glycoprotein produced in cell culture comprising culturing eukaryotic cells expressing the recombinant glycoprotein in a cell culture medium, wherein the cell culture medium is supplemented with fucose, manganese, and taurine, wherein the glycosylation profile of the produced recombinant glycoprotein is modified to better resemble the glycosylation profile of a reference glycoprotein than when cultured without said supplementation. La présente invention concerne un procédé de modification du profil de glycosylation d'une glycoprotéine recombinante produite dans une culture cellulaire comprenant la culture de cellules eucaryotes exprimant la glycoprotéine recombinante dans un milieu de culture cellulaire, le milieu de culture cellulaire étant complété par du fucose, du manganèse et de la taurine, le profil de glycosylation de la glycoprotéine recombinante produite étant modifié pour mieux ressembler au profil de glycosylation d'une glycoprotéine de référence à l'instar de la culture sans ladite supplémentation.
