The present invention relates to a medical device for preventing constipation, removing a fecal impaction and inducing regular bowel movements, the purpose thereof being to enable the insides of the large intestine and vagina, and the anus and private parts to be cleanly maintained by converting tap water to functional water, and then filtering same by a filter and discharging same, and to enable a single device to be used to wash the insides of the large intestine and vagina, and at the same time, be used as a common bidet device and shower. To this end, the present invention is a medical device comprising: a hollow body part (10) formed so as to be curved into a predetermined shape; a head part (20) detachably coupled to the front end of the body part (10) and having a discharge port (21) for discharging washing water formed on the front end part thereof; a connection part (30) connected to a shower hose (50) and connected to the rear end of the body part (10), and having a control valve for controlling the supply, quantity and pressure of water; a purification tube (15) mounted inside the body part (10) and having leakage prevention grills (16, 17) on both ends, respectively, thereof; and a purification discharge part (25) provided inside the head part (20) so as to remove foreign substances in the water by using a filter, wherein germanium balls (15a), tourmaline balls (15b) and antimicrobial crystal balls (15c) are consecutively stacked inside the purification tube (15), and one or more magnetized ring (18) formed from a neodymium magnet is assembled on the outer peripheral surface of the purification tube (15). La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical pour prévenir la constipation, éliminer un fécalome et induire un transit régulier, le but de celui-ci étant de permettre à l'intérieur du gros intestin et du vagin, et à l'anus et aux parties intimes d'être entretenus proprement en transformant l'eau du robinet en eau fonctionnelle, puis en la filtrant par un filtre et en la déchargeant, et de permettre à un seul dispositif d'être utilisé pour laver l'intérieur du gros intestin et du vagin, et en même temps, d'être utilisé comme dispositif de bidet commun et douche. A cet effet, la présente invention est un dispositif médical comprenant : une partie de corps creux (10) formée de manière à être incurvée selon une forme prédéterminée ; une partie de tête (20) couplée de façon détachable à l'extrémité avant de la partie de corps (10) et ayant un orifice de décharge (21) pour évacuer l'eau de lavage formée sur la partie d'extrémité avant de celle-ci ; une partie de connexion (30) connectée à un tuyau de douche (50) et connectée à l'extrémité arrière de la partie de corps (10), et ayant une vanne de régulation pour réguler l'alimentation, la quantité et la pression de l'eau ; un tube de purification (15) monté à l'intérieur de la partie de corps (10) et ayant des grilles de prévention de fuite (16, 17) sur les deux extrémités, respectivement, de celui-ci ; et une partie rejet d'épuration (25) disposée à l'intérieur de la partie de tête (20) de façon à éliminer des substances étrangères dans l'eau à l'aide d'un filtre, des billes de germanium (15a), des billes de tourmaline (15b) et des billes de cristal antimicrobiennes (15c) étant empilées consécutivement à l'intérieur du tube de purification (15), et un ou plusieurs anneaux magnétisés (18) formés à partir d'un aimant de néodyme étant assemblés sur la surface périphérique externe du tube de purification (15).
