Summary:The present application is directed to depleting antigen binding sites which bind to CXCR3, and a method of using these antigen binding sites to treat autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, in particular, fatty liver disease, the accumulation of lipid deposits in the liver, steatoheptatits, graft rejection and conditions associated with effector and/or memory T cells. La présente invention concerne la déplétion de sites de liaison à l'antigène qui se lient à CXCR3, et un procédé d'utilisation de ces sites de liaison à l'antigène pour traiter des affections auto-immunes et inflammatoires, en particulier, la maladie du foie gras, l'accumulation de dépôts de lipides dans le foie, la stéatohépatite, le rejet de greffe et des affections associées aux lymphocytes T effecteurs et/ou de mémoire.
