L'invention concerne un procédé pour établir un système de revêtement anti-salissures sur une surface d'un substrat, ainsi que le système de revêtement anti-salissures en lui-même. La composition de revêtement anti-salissures qui est utilisée dans le procédé comprend une ou plusieurs amines stériquement encombrées, en particulier des dérivés de 2,2,6,6-tétraalkyl pipéridine.
