The aggregate-forming inducer is mixed with fresh concrete until aggregates are formed. L'invention concerne un procédé et une composition pour la production d'agrégats à partir de ciment et de béton, comprenant du béton résiduel ou de retour. Des procédés donnés à titre d'exemple impliquent l'utilisation d'un inducteur de formation d'agrégat qui fournit un site d'ancrage de surface où coller/faire adhérer une pâte de ciment, telle que du papier journal déchiqueté, du carton, ou des mélanges de ceux-ci, et comprenant également des matériaux fibreux tels que des polymères, du verre et d'autres fibres de matériau. L'inducteur de formation d'agrégat est mélangé avec du béton frais jusqu'à formation d'agrégats.
