Summary: | The present disclosure is directed to compositions (e.g., multianalyte immunoassays) for detecting multiple Zika virus antibodies in a biological sample. Also disclosed herein are methods for identifying suitable donors for preparing a Zika virus hyperimmune composition. Methods for selectively detecting Zika virus antibodies in biological samples that may contain other flavivirus antibodies are also provided. Methods of treating, preventing, or reducing the risk of a Zika virus infection are also provided.
