The present application provides an information indication method and device. In the present application, a transmitting device generates and transmits a first frame, the first frame comprising at least one sub-time resource indication information, and each sub-time resource indication information having one-to-one correspondence to one of at least one response device. Meanwhile, each sub-time resource indication information comprises a time resource for the corresponding response device to transmit feedback information of the first frame to the transmitting device, as well as the time resource for the transmitting device to transmit acknowledgement information of the feedback information to the corresponding response device, so that at least one response device and the transmitting device transmitting the first frame can perform beamforming training simultaneously, and timeliness of the beamforming training of the transmitting device and at least one response device can be improved.
