L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés complexes métalliques chiraux de formule (I) dans laquelle M, PR2, R3 et R4 sont définis dans la description, ses stéréoisomères, sous la forme d'un complexe neutre ou d'un cation complexe avec un contre-ion approprié. Les composés complexes métalliques chiraux de l'invention peuvent être utilisés dans des réactions asymétriques, en particulier dans des réductions asymétriques de cétones, d'imines ou d'oximes.
