Summary:A copper-fiber non-woven cloth for wiring in which copper fibers are partly bound to each other. When, in a state in which the copper-fiber non-woven cloth for wiring is maintained at 80°C by means of a continuous flow of constant electric current, a gas of the standard state is passed vertically with respect to a plane of the copper-fiber non-woven cloth for wiring at a flow rate of 20 L/min per cm2 in a cross section for one minute, the temperature of the copper-fiber non-woven cloth for wiring decreases by at least 30°C.
