A downhole assembly is provided for use in well restimulation, the assembly having a plurality of perforation blocking sleeves each comprising an anchoring device; one or more expandable members secured to an external surface of each of the perforation blocking sleeves; a running tool for transporting the plurality of perforation blocking sleeves and expandable members within a perforated well casing; a running tool driver for moving the running tool, perforation blocking sleeves and expandable members within the well casing; and one or more sensors to detect perforation clusters within the well casing. The anchoring device is used to secure each sleeve over a perforation cluster within the well casing. Each perforation blocking sleeve defines a flow channel in fluid communication with the principal flow channel of the well casing. The running tool is remotely uncoupled from the blocking sleeves in sequence, and the running tool and the running tool driver are retractable through the flow channel of each the perforation blocking sleeves. Cette invention concerne un ensemble de fond de trou destiné à être utilisé dans une restimulation de puits, l'ensemble comprenant : une pluralité de manchons de blocage de perforation comprenant chacun un dispositif d'ancrage ; un ou plusieurs éléments extensibles fixés à une surface externe de chacun des manchons de blocage de perforation ; un outil de pose pour transporter la pluralité de manchons de blocage de perforation et des éléments extensibles à l'intérieur d'un tubage de puits perforé ; un dispositif d'entraînement d'outil de pose pour déplacer l'outil de pose, les manchons de blocage de perforation et les éléments extensibles à l'intérieur du tubage de puits ; et un ou plusieurs capteurs pour détecter des groupes de perforations à l'intérieur du tubage de puits. Le dispositif d'ancrage est utilisé pour fixer chaque manchon sur un groupe de perforations à l'intérieur du tubage de puits. Chaque manchon de blocage de perforation définit un canal d'écoulement en communication fluidique avec le canal d'écoulement principal du tubage de puits. L'outil de pose est séparé à distance des manchons de blocage en séquence, et l'outil de pose et le dispositif d'entraînement d'outil de pose sont rétractables à travers le canal d'écoulement de chacun des manchons de blocage de perforation.
