Summary:Systems and methods of estimating chamber conformance of a drainage chamber in a subterranean reservoir during a thermal gravity drainage process are disclosed herein. The system includes a plurality of pressure sensors distributed along an injector well, each sensor positioned outside a steel casing of the injector well and configured to measure a local pressure of a respective portion of the reservoir adjacent to the injector well. The system also includes one or more processors operatively coupled to each pressure sensor. The one or more processors is configured to receive the pressure of the portion of the chamber measured by each pressure sensor; determine a time to achieve pseudo steady state for each portion of the chamber when both the injector well and a producer well are shut-in; and, based on the time to achieve pseudo steady state for each portion of the chamber, estimate the chamber conformance along the injector well.
