L'invention se rapporte aussi à des compositions comprenant un tel polymère de glucose, ainsi qu'à leurs procédés de préparation. L'invention se rapporte enfin à son utilisation comme médicament, par exemple comme agent osmotique pour dialyse péritonéale.
