L'invention concerne un médicament et son procédé de production, ledit médicament ayant comme ingrédient actif un conjugué, dans lequel un peptide hANP est lié à une chaîne de sucre (chaîne de sucre N297) qui se lie à Asn 297 d'une molécule contenant Fc par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur de polyéthylène glycol, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable du conjugué.
