In addition, the use of these antibodies, antigen binding fragment, nucleic acids and vectors to prevent and/or treat an HIV-1 infection is disclosed. La présente invention concerne des anticorps neutralisants qui se lient spécifiquement au gène Env du VIH -1 ainsi que des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ces anticorps. L'invention concerne également des acides nucléiques codant pour ces anticorps, des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes de détection du VIH-1 au moyen de ces anticorps. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation de ces anticorps, fragments liant l'antigène, acides nucléiques et vecteurs pour la prévention et/ou le traitement d'une infection par le VIH-1.
