La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés de pyrazolo- et triazolo-pyrimidine substitués de formule (I) présentant une activité antivirale, en particulier une activité inhibitrice sur la réplication du virus respiratoire syncytial (VRS). L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant de tels composés, ainsi que lesdits composés destinés à être utilisés dans le traitement d'une infection par le virus respiratoire syncytial.
