Summary:The present invention relates to pyridine derivatives of formula (I): (see formula I) as A2B adenosine receptor antagonists and ligands of MT3 melatonin receptor, to processes for their preparation, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and to the use of said for manufacturing a medicament for the treatment of pathological conditions or diseases that can improve by antagonizing the adenosine A2B receptor and by inhibition of MT3 melatonin receptor, such as respiratory disease, metabolic disorders, neurological disorders and cancer. La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés pyridine de formule (I) en tant qu'antagonistes du récepteur A2B de l'adénosine et ligands du récepteur MT3 de la mélatonine, des procédés pour leur préparation, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés et l'utilisation de ces derniers pour la fabrication d'un médicament destiné au traitement d'états pathologiques ou de maladies qui peuvent s'améliorer en antagonisant le récepteur A2B de l'adénosine et en inhibant le récepteur MT3 de la mélatonine, tels qu'une maladie respiratoire, des troubles métaboliques, des troubles neurologiques et le cancer.
