Summary:An anchor for securing medical devices to a body is disclosed. The anchor comprises shape memory wire and may evert during deployment to form anchor arms for penetrating an inner wall of a body lumen to a depth within the body lumen. When in a deployed configuration, an anchor arm may fully or may partially penetrate a body lumen and may also re-enter the body lumen. The anchor may be used to stabilize and couple one or more medical devices (e.g., stents, grafts, and/or stent-grafts) to body tissue such as a body lumen. Il est décrit une attache servant à fixer des dispositifs médicaux à un corps. Lattache comprend un fil à mémoire de forme et peut sépanouir lorsquelle est déployée pour former des bras dancrage servant à pénétrer le mur intérieur dune lumière corporelle jusquà une certaine profondeur. Si lattache est déployée, un bras dancrage peut pénétrer en entier ou en partie une lumière corporelle et peut également rentrer dans celle-ci.
