Summary:A system for pairing a plurality of peripheral devices is disclosed, and includes a portable electronic device and a plurality of peripheral devices in wireless communication with the portable electronic device. The portable electronic device includes a processor and memory. The processor is configured to execute an instruction for prompting a user to enter a passkey only once. The processor is also configured to execute an instruction which references the memory of the portable electronic device to determine if there is at least one peripheral device that is in wireless communication with the portable electronic device that is original. The processor is configured to execute an instruction for pairing the at least one peripheral device that is original together with the portable electronic device.
