Unlike previous methods for making 2-acetoxyalkanoic acid esters, this process proceeds in high yield and high selectivity to the desired product. Contrairement aux procédés précédents de fabrication d'esters d'acide 2-acétoxyalcanoïque, ce procédé est mis en oeuvre à haut rendement et avec une sélectivité élevée par rapport au produit souhaité.
