The present invention relates to compositions comprising Moraxella catarrhalis (M. catarrhalis) Ubiquitous surface protein A2 (UspA2). More particularly, the present application relates to UspA2 protein constructs and immunogenic compositions, comprising the constructs, vaccines comprising such immunogenic compositions and therapeutic uses of the same. The invention further relates to compositions comprising UspA2 in combination with at least one antigen from Haemophilus influenzae, immunogenic compositions comprising the antigens, vaccines comprising such immunogenic compositions and therapeutic uses of the same. La présente invention concerne des compositions comprenant une protéine de surface A2 Moraxella catarrhalis (M catarrhalis) (UspA2). En particulier, la présente invention concerne des constructions de protéine d'UspA2 et des compositions immunogènes comprenant lesdites constructions, des vaccins comprenant ces compositions immunogènes, et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions comprenant l'UspA2 en combinaison avec au moins un antigène provenant de Haemophilus influenzae, des compositions immunogènes comprenant les antigènes, des vaccins comprenant de telles compositions immunogènes et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques.
