The oral dosage forms comprise donepezil granules that may be sprinkled on food and can significantly improve compliance in patients with swallowing difficulty. L'invention concerne des formes posologiques orales comprenant du donépézil ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci (par exemple, du chlorhydrate de donépézil) seul ou en combinaison avec un second ingrédient actif (par exemple, le chlorhydrate de mémantine ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci) pour le traitement de la maladie d'Alzheimer. Les formes posologiques orales comprennent des granules de donépézil qui peuvent être saupoudrés sur un aliment et peuvent considérablement améliorer l'observance chez des patients ayant des difficultés à avaler.
