La présente invention concerne des produits alimentaires déshydratés, comestibles, à haute teneur en protéines, fabriqués à partir de cellules musculaires cultivées qui sont combinées (par exemple, mélangées) à un hydrogel (par exemple, un polysaccharide d'origine végétale). Ces produits alimentaires peuvent être fabriqués sous forme de chips (par exemple des chips à grignoter) présentant une teneur en protéines supérieure à 50 %.
