Summary:Disclosed herein are processes for obtaining a microbial oil comprising one or more polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) from one or more microbial cells by lysing the cells to form a lysed cell composition, treating the lysed cell composition to form an oil-containing emulsion and then recovering the oil from the oil-containing emulsion. Further disclosed herein is microbial oil comprising one or more PUFAs that is recovered from microbial cells by at least one process described herein. La présente invention concerne des procédés visant à obtenir une huile microbienne comprenant un ou plusieurs acides gras polyinsaturés (AGPI) à partir d'une ou plusieurs cellules microbiennes en lysant les cellules afin de former une composition de cellules lysées, en traitant la composition de cellules lysées pour former une émulsion contenant de l'huile, puis en récupérant l'huile à partir de l'émulsion contenant de l'huile. L'invention concerne également une huile microbienne comprenant un ou plusieurs AGPI, l'huile étant récupérée à partir de cellules microbiennes par le biais d'au moins un des procédés décrits dans l'invention.
