A patient interface including a nasal seal including a face contacting side. The nasal seal is formed of a soft flexible material, and includes a central portion to extend across the base of the nose, and a side portion extending from each end of the central portion. Each side portion extends across the a side of the nose. A face contacting side of the seal is supple to conform under internal pressure to the surfaces of the nose of a wearer, including, at the side portions of the seal, to outside surfaces of the sides of the nose. An exterior side includes regions much stiffer than the supple interior side, the regions extending into the side portions of the seal. Une interface pour patient comprenant un obturateur nasal ayant un côté de contact de visage. Lobturateur nasal est formé dun matériau flexible et mou, et comprend une partie centrale pour sétendre sur la base du nez et une partie latérale sétendant de chaque côté de la partie centrale. Chaque partie latérale sétend sur un côté du nez. Un côté de contact avec le visage de lobturateur est souple pour se conformer, sous une pression interne, aux surfaces du nez dun porteur, notamment, au niveau des parties latérales de lobturateur, aux surfaces extérieures des côtés du nez. Un côté extérieur comprend des régions beaucoup plus rigides que le côté intérieur souple, les régions sétendant dans les parties latérales de lobturateur.
