Summary:The present disclosure provides a method and system for enhancing recovery of heavy oil from a reservoir within a subsurface formation. The method may include increasing a reservoir pore pressure, creating a first differential pressure between at least one injection well and at least one production well within the subsurface formation, producing primary sweep volume, injecting an injection media until the injection media is produced, reducing the reservoir pore pressure, recompleting at least one of one or more of the at least one injection well as a recompleted production well and one or more of the at least one production well as a recompleted injection well, and increasing the reservoir pore pressure by injecting a reconditioning fluid into the subsurface formation. La présente divulgation fournit une méthode et un système servant à améliorer la récupération de pétrole lourd dun réservoir. La méthode peut comprendre laugmentation de la pression interstitielle du réservoir, la création dune première pression différentielle entre le au moins un puits dinjection et au moins un puits de production dans la formation en sous-surface, la production dun volume de balayage primaire, linjection dun produit dinjection jusquà ce que le produit dinjection soit produit, la réduction de la pression interstitielle du réservoir, la remise en production dau moins un du un ou plusieurs du au moins un puits dinjection et du puits de production remis en production et un ou plusieurs du au moins un puits de production et du puits dinjection remis en production et laugmentation de la pression interstitielle en injectant un fluide de reconditionnement dans la formation en sous-surface.
