A hybrid gel comprising a particulate decellularized tissue obtained by pulverizing animal-derived biological tissues that are decellularized (decellularized biological tissues), fibrinogen and thrombin; a cell culture material comprising the hybrid gel; a method for preparing the hybrid gel; and a kit comprising a particulate decellularized tissue and a biological tissue adhesive are provided. The hybrid gel may exert the effect to promote differentiation and gain of function of stem cells and the therapeutic effect to a variety of diseases. La présente invention concerne un gel hybride qui contient un tissu décellularisé particulaire (un produit préparé par broyage d'un tissu biologique décellularisé qui est obtenu par décellularisation d'un tissu biologique dérivé d'un animal), du fibrinogène et de la thrombine ; un matériau de base pour culture cellulaire ; et un kit comprenant un tissu décellularisé particulaire et un adhésif pour tissus biologiques. Le gel hybride selon la présente invention a un effet de promotion de la différenciation et de l'acquisition de fonctions des cellules souches et des effets thérapeutiques sur différentes maladies.
